Under penalty of perjury I_________________________am the authorized signatory of the above company and have full authority to bind legally our company to this letter of intent to time charter or dry lease and all information provided by me is true and correct and I will personally and our company will abide by all international laws for any misrepresentations and submit myself personally and the company to the applicable jurisdictions chosen by the owner of the tanker / vessel in case of any breach and false statements by me and our company. I fully understand that initially the vessel tanker provider will provide us basic technical specs and dimensions of the tanker vessel enough for us to decide if the tanker / vessel is suitable for our project or not once we have decided to proceed we will submit our official offer to TC or Time Charter order with our bank letter showing we have cash ready to wire transfer immediately minimum 10% to 30% or more as required by vessel provider on our mutually executed time charter preliminary agreement so the vessel provider can release Q88 for particular vessel reserve for our need and charter. We agree to put up initial earnest retainer cash money deposit as required this will be applied as FULL REFUND towards the TC / lease contract payments thus causing no loss to us. Any additional payment of the total contract value of the charter will be provided by bank wire transfers or by standby bank guarantee letter of credit as per format acceptable to vessel providers.
